Payment target performance

The NPSA is required to publish its performance against paying supplier invoices within five days of receipt of a correctly rendered invoice. 

April 2012
Five-day payment
In April 2012 the NPSA paid 31.13% of non-NHS invoices within five days which represented 14.05% of the value. For NHS invoices, the NPSA paid 6.25% of invoices within five days which represented 57.04% of the value.

In April  2012 the NPSA paid 45.28% of non-NHS invoices within ten days which represented 49.16%of the value. For NHS invoices, the NPSA paid 43.75% of invoices within ten days which represented 57.82% of the value.

In March 2012 the NPSA paid 44.13% of non-NHS invoices within five days which represented 62.63% of the value. For NHS invoices, the NPSA paid 65.63% of invoices within five days which represented 96.80% of the value.
